Customer Service and Response Time Policy
Client satisfaction and timely service is what we strive for. In general, for emergency services, we take respond within 24 hours on working days. For other complaints, we shall respond within 48 hours. For replacement of parts may take between one to ten working days subjecting to forced majeure clause.
We advise our clients to register their complaints on-line for timely and effective service. We shall take service call orders that are registered on-line only. Kindly avoid calling individual employees. Do not open or service the equipment through unauthorised persons which in turn shall void.
